DMCA Policy

AI Tech Hustle respects the intellectual property of others and expects the same in return. Every article, eBook, and digital product published here is written from original research and hands-on testing — but if something has slipped through that shouldn't have, this page explains how to flag it and what happens next.

Our Commitment

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond promptly to valid claims of copyright infringement involving content hosted on ai-techhustle.com. Content believed to infringe a valid copyright will be removed or disabled once a proper notice is received and verified.

Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on this site infringes a copyright you own or manage, send a written notice to the email below including:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  • The exact URL(s) or a clear description of where the infringing material is located on this site
  • Your contact information — name, address, phone number, and email
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you're authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

📧 Send DMCA notices to contact.aitechhustle@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request"

What Happens After a Notice Is Received

Valid notices are reviewed promptly, typically within a few business days. If the claim checks out, the disputed content is removed or disabled without unnecessary delay, and the person responsible for the content (where applicable) is notified.

Counter-Notification

If content of yours was removed and you believe that was done in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate judicial district)

Counter-notices go to the same email address above. Depending on the circumstances, the disputed material may be reinstated after a waiting period unless the original complainant pursues formal legal action.

Repeat Infringers & Fair Use

Where user-submitted content is involved (such as comments), contributors responsible for repeated, verified infringement may be blocked from further participation on the site.

Short excerpts or references used for commentary, criticism, or educational purposes may fall under fair use. Every genuine claim is still reviewed carefully rather than dismissed outright.
